Macbook Pro 13" worth the $1300

The most POWERFUL MacBook 13' to date NEW features NOT available on previous MacBooks

Apple's new 13-inch MacBook Pro received the biggest upgrade of the lot. The advantages are numerous. You get much better CPU performance over the previous generation. In fact, the new 13 can outperform last year's 15 thanks to Sandy Bridge. The new 13 is quite possibly the best balance of portability and performance. It's the single largest upgrade you'll find in the lineup. If you own a previous generation 13-inch MBP, the upgrade is 100% worth it  -AnandTech
No two ways about this: the new MacBook Pro is the fastest laptop we've ever tested, hands-down.

Fastest Way to Receive E-mail on your mobile device

The fastest way to get your email on to your mobile device thus far on a blackberry via PUSH. Every one that purchases a blackberry can set up a free @blackberry.net email address. You can then forward you email from Gmail, ideally using a filter to your @blackberry.net...

Advantages,
You get to use BB's push serve that is their core of their business and receive much faster email.
Gmail Plugin only uses IMAP which isn't as fast

pop n imap i believe eat up more of ur battery from the polling

once you set that up you can easily sync your calendar and contacts from your gmail account though going to http://m.google.com/sync from your mobile phone

Enhanced Google Mail plug-in
If you have an existing Google Mail™ account, you can view your email messages on your BlackBerry® device with the Enhanced Google Mail™ plug-in. Similar to the Google Mail web application that you can access using a browser on your computer, related messages are grouped into a single conversation. You can perform the following actions using the Enhanced Google Mail plug-in on your device:
Add a star to a message or conversation
Add custom labels to messages and conversations
Search for specific messages

This article outlines the limitations associated with one-way data synchronization in the Enhanced Google Mail™ plug-in.

Limitations

Synchronization happens in one direction, from the BlackBerry smartphone to the Google Mail account. This means that some changes that take place in the webmail UI are not reflected on the BlackBerry smartphone. These include:

Applying a label to messages in Google Mail after they are retrieved by the BlackBerry Internet Service
Adding a star to messages in Google Mail after they are retrieved by the BlackBerry Internet Service
Marking messages as read, archived, or spam in Google Mail
Email messages marked as spam on the BlackBerry smartphone will be synchronized with the Google Mail account
Email messages marked as spam in Google Mail will not be marked as spam on the BlackBerry smartphone if they have already been retrieved by the BlackBerry Internet Service
Changing labels in Google Mail
Note: Changes made to labels in Google Mail will not be applied to the corresponding labels on the BlackBerry smartphone. When a label is renamed in Google Mail, it is synchronized as a new label on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Labels cannot be created, renamed, or deleted on the BlackBerry smartphone.
